We are seeking an experienced
SAP Solution Expert – C2R (Costing / Controlling)
to join our team for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA program.
This is a
remote role
with occasional onsite travel within the U.S. for key workshops, events, or project milestones.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in
Controlling (CO), Costing, and Management Accounting
, along with a strong understanding of
Aerospace & Defense (A&D)
or
discrete manufacturing
processes.
You will play a key role in designing, configuring, and deploying integrated SAP S/4HANA solutions, ensuring process alignment with the global template and U.S. localization.
Qualifications
Minimum
5+ years of SAP Consulting or equivalent industry experience
.
At least
5 years of hands-on configuration
within SAP Controlling (CO) and related Costing components.
Proven experience with
S/4HANA version 2019 or later
, including at least
3 full life-cycle implementations
.
Strong exposure to
A&D or discrete manufacturing
industries.
Prior experience as a
Value Stream Lead
or involvement in
global template rollout/localization projects
.
Deep understanding of R2R/Controlling integration within Finance and other business functions.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently in a distributed, global delivery environment.
Willingness to travel occasionally for workshops, key events, or client sessions.
