Job Description This is a remote position. SAP Solution Manager Expert: Govern Systems. Ensure Uptime. Accelerate Innovation. Pentoz is seeking an experienced SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) Expert to lead the design, configuration, and optimization of SolMan functionalities for managing the lifecycle, performance, and support of distributed SAP systems. You will help streamline operations across SAP landscapes, improve system reliability, and support agile deployments across business-critical environments. Key Responsibilities Implement and optimize core SAP Solution Manager functionalities including: System Landscape Management Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Change Request Management (ChaRM) IT Service Management (ITSM) Business Process Monitoring , Job Monitoring , Root Cause Analysis , and EarlyWatch Alert Integrate SolMan with SAP S/4HANA , ECC , Fiori , SAP Cloud Platform , and 3rd-party monitoring tools Support technical operations , incident and problem management , and solution documentation Lead proactive performance and risk monitoring across distributed SAP systems Partner with Basis, Security, and DevOps teams to ensure availability, traceability, and security compliance You Bring 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Solution Manager (7.2+) across implementation, upgrade, and operations Expertise in ChaRM, ITSM, Test Suite, System Monitoring , and Solution Documentation Deep knowledge of ALM best practices , Transport Management , and Landscape Synchronization Familiarity with SAP Focused Insights , SAP Focused Build , and integration with Jira or ServiceNow is a plus Strong communication skills and the ability to align technical tools with business support strategies Requirements SAP Solution Manager 7.2, ChaRM, ITSM, ALM, Test Suite, Monitoring Tools, SAP S/4HANA Integration, System Landscape Management, Focused Insights, SolMan Upgrades Benefits Manage and modernize large-scale SAP ecosystems in a high-growth, multi-sector environment Work remotely with a global team focused on innovation, velocity, and resilience Drive proactive system support, reduce downtime, and enable agile transformation Play a strategic role in building our foundation for continuous delivery and enterprise readiness
