SAP SuccessFactors Consultant at BairesDev
As an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you will implement and manage SAP's cloud-based HCM suite to streamline human resources operations. You will play a key role in delivering modern HR solutions that enhance employee experience and organizational efficiency across the enterprise.
What You'll Do
Design and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules, focusing on Employee Central, recruiting, and learning.
Configure HCM solutions to align with specific business requirements and complex HR workflows.
Manage the full implementation lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering to post-go-live support.
Optimize performance management and reporting tools to provide actionable human capital insights.
Ensure the seamless integration of cloud HR components with existing enterprise systems.
What We Are Looking For
4+ years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant or in a similar HCM role.
Proven expertise in implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central.
Hands-on experience configuring recruiting, learning, and performance management solutions.
Strong understanding of cloud-based HR suites and integration with enterprise systems.
Advanced proficiency in English.
