SAP SuccessFactors ECP Project Manager

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Project Manager | German & English Speaking | Remote | 16-Month Contract

We are currently seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Project Manager to lead a major greenfield implementation for our international client.

This is an initial 16-month contract engagement, working 3 days per week, with a strong possibility of extension.

Location • Primarily remote

• Travel to Vienna required for 4-5 days per month

Key Responsibilities • Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP)

• Manage and coordinate project teams, stakeholders, and delivery workstreams

• Drive project governance, decision-making, and successful programme execution

• Oversee change management activities and ensure stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle

• Manage risks, issues, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution

• Steer the project towards key milestones and successful delivery

Required Skills & Experience • Proven experience managing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementations

• Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Demonstrated experience in change management and escalation management

• Ability to drive decisions and successfully lead multi-disciplinary project teams

• Excellent communication and influencing skills

• Fluent German and English language skills are essential

Contract Details • Initial 16-month contract

• 3 days per week

• Hybrid delivery model (remote with onsite presence in Vienna 4-5 days per month)
