Location: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid)

Contract: Freelance / Long-term Assignment

Working Arrangement: 3 days remote per week, with additional onsite attendance when required

Languages: French, Dutch and English

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Functional Analyst to support a major HR technology and digital transformation programme in Brussels.

The role will focus on improving HR systems, optimising business processes and ensuring accurate HR data across multiple applications. You will work closely with HR stakeholders and technical teams to deliver system enhancements and successful implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse HR business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Support SAP SuccessFactors implementations, enhancements and integrations.
• Improve HR processes, master data structures and data quality.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution and validation.
• Coordinate system changes, stakeholder engagement and deployment activities.
• Support the ongoing optimisation of HR applications and workflows.

Required Experience

• Minimum 3 years' experience in HR business analysis and digital transformation projects.
• Strong functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Management.
• Experience implementing additional SuccessFactors modules, such as Onboarding, Learning or Performance Management.
• Proven experience leading UAT activities within SuccessFactors implementations.
• Strong knowledge of HR master data, system integrations and functional analysis.
• Experience supporting HR systems within the Belgian public sector, including statutory and contractual employees.
• Fluent in French or Dutch (C2), with at least B1 in the other language, and English (C1).
• EU citizenship is mandatory.
