The Opportunity

Are you an experienced SAP SuccessFactors leader looking to take the next step in your career?

We are working with a growing SAP consultancy looking to appoint a SAP SuccessFactors Practice Lead to help shape, develop and expand its HR technology offering.

This is an opportunity to combine hands-on SAP SuccessFactors expertise with practice leadership, team development, client delivery and business growth. You will play a key role in building a high-performing consulting practice, supporting complex client programmes and helping drive the continued growth of the business.

The role will suit someone who has progressed through SAP SuccessFactors consulting and is now looking to take greater ownership of a practice, its people, delivery standards and commercial success.

The Role

As SAP SuccessFactors Practice Lead, you will take responsibility for the development and delivery of the SuccessFactors practice, working closely with clients, consultants and the wider business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and developing a team of SAP SuccessFactors consultants, functional specialists and technical resources, supporting their performance, progression and professional development.
• Providing functional leadership across SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll and wider SAP HCM solutions.
• Overseeing the delivery of complex HR transformation programmes, ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard across design, configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
• Working with senior HR, Payroll, IT and business stakeholders to shape solutions, understand requirements and provide trusted consultancy.
• Supporting pre-sales and business development activity, including solution design, client presentations, bid responses, project scoping and commercial estimations.
• Managing resource planning, capacity and delivery across multiple client engagements.
• Establishing best practice, improving delivery methodologies and helping build a strong and commercially successful SuccessFactors practice.

Experience Required

We are looking for someone who combines strong functional SAP SuccessFactors expertise with the ability to lead people, manage client relationships and drive delivery.

Ideally, you will bring:

• Proven experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant, with a strong understanding of Employee Central and wider HCM solutions.
• Solid SAP HCM knowledge, including Personnel Administration, Organisational Management, ESS/MSS and Payroll.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and/or SAP Payroll.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments and HR/Payroll integrations.
• Experience working within a consultancy or systems integrator, delivering end-to-end HR and Payroll transformation programmes.
• Previous team leadership or practice management experience, including mentoring and developing consultants.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience contributing to pre-sales, bids, solution design or commercial activities.

Experience with SAP CPI, multi-country HR/Payroll implementations, SuccessFactors certifications and change management would also be advantageous.
