SAP HR / SuccessFactors Project Manager
Project: Top Secret
Client: Public Sector Organization (Canton of Zurich, Switzerland)
Location: Primarily remote, with occasional onsite presence in Zurich
Workload: 2–3 days per week
Start Date: As soon as possible

Role Overview:
We are currently looking for an experienced SAP HR / SuccessFactors Project Manager for Project Aurora. The strategic initiative focuses on modernizing and harmonizing core HR processes and implementing a new SAP-based HR solution.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Lead project management and coordination within a complex SAP HR / SuccessFactors transformation program.
- Manage project activities, track key milestones, mitigate risks, and oversee cross-functional dependencies.
- Coordinate effectively between business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external implementation partners.
- Several years of proven experience managing SAP HR / SuccessFactors implementation projects, ideally within the public sector.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, moderation, and communication skills.
- Language Skills: Fluent German is required.
