Role: Lead Integration Architect (SAP SuccessFactors & SAP BTP)

• Work delivery location (Country): Germany; Primarily remote with occasional travel to Walldorf, Germany.

Note: Candidates must have experience working on Data Lake, MDI, BIB, Point-Point Integration & BTP Extensions.

Job description:

We are currently looking for a Lead Integration Architect to support our P&C Next HCM Program. The consultant will provide leadership and strategic guidance across SuccessFactors integrations, SAP BTP, middleware architecture, data strategy, and AI enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the integration strategy between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP/non-SAP applications.
• Provide architectural leadership for SAP Integration Suite and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Design and govern scalable data models supporting future global rollouts.
• Support the overall Data Hub and integration architecture strategy.
• Advise on middleware and integration technologies including BTP, MDI, Data Lakes, and related platforms.
• Support AI-related initiatives, including the technical enablement of SAP Joule.
• Provide hands-on guidance and best practices for complex integration scenarios and enterprise data flows.

Required Experience

• Extensive experience as a Lead Integration Architect or Integration Solution Architect.
• Strong SAP SuccessFactors integration expertise.
• Deep knowledge of SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite.
• Experience defining enterprise integration strategies and middleware architectures.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, master data, and integration governance.
• Experience working in complex global transformation programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English language skills.
