Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant / Solution Architect (m/w/d)

Location: Germany - hybrid or remote (with occasional client/office travel)

Type: Permanent, full-time

Salary: €100,000 - €130,000 + bonus, depending on experience

HRIT People are partnering with a global consulting company in Germany, who help businesses move their HR landscape to SAP SuccessFactors. We are looking for experienced SuccessFactors professionals ready to lead design and delivery as a Solution Architect or Senior Consultant.

The role

Lead the solution design for SAP SuccessFactors implementations and roll-outs, with Employee Central as the core
Run design workshops with HR, IT and works council stakeholders, translating business needs into a scalable solution
Own integration design between SuccessFactors, SAP HCM/S/4HANA, payroll and third-party systems
Guide migration projects from SAP HCM on-premise to SuccessFactors
Act as the trusted advisor to HR and IT leadership on roadmap, best practice and system governance
Mentor consultants and support the wider project team through to go-live and beyond

What you bring

5+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience, with at least 2-3 full end-to-end implementations
Deep expertise in Employee Central; experience in EC Payroll, Time Tracking, Compensation or Recruiting is a strong plus
Solid understanding of integrations (SAP Integration Suite/CPI, Boomi or similar)
Experience working with German HR processes, data protection requirements and works council (Betriebsrat) involvement
SAP SuccessFactors certification(s)
Fluent German (C1 or above) and strong English
Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and leading workshops
