SAP Support Lead / COE Lead
- Role Summary: Serves as the Subject Matter Expert and operational lead for enterprise SAP modules, driving support, incident resolution, and enhancement project delivery.
- Priority Modules: EWM, PP/QM, Business Network, PPDS, MDG, Datasphere, SAC, or FICO (with strong CO experience).
- Key Responsibilities:
- Direct operational support, resolve user inquiries/incidents, and hit strict SLA targets.
- Lead enhancement projects: gather user requirements, configure systems, execute testing, and manage go-live.
- Perform root-cause analysis and design cross-module integration solutions with non-SAP systems.
- Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of overall SAP experience across full lifecycle implementations and operational support.
- SME-level knowledge in one or more priority modules (EWM, PP/QM, FICO, Datasphere, SAC, etc.).
- Proven leadership in managing consultant/internal teams and stakeholder alignment.
- Location & Setup: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite, 2 Days WFH) – Mandaluyong City
