On behalf of a Key Client Partner, I am currently searching for SAP SuccessFactors Technical Consultant to take part in implementation and support activities, contributing technical expertise to configuration, development, reporting, and ongoing system enhancements.

• Role: SAP SF Technical Consultant
• Start: ASAP
• Location: Remote – occasional travel, Poland – Warsaw or Katowice
• Duration: 12months+
• Capacity: Full time
• Language: English

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Configure and support Performance & Goals functionalities.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports within SAP SuccessFactors.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot configuration and reporting issues and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Collaborate with functional teams, business stakeholders, and other technical consultants.
• Support testing, deployment, documentation, and continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure solutions align with business requirements and established system standards.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors technical experience.
• Strong configuration and development experience in:
• Employee Central (EC)
• Performance & Goals
• Reporting and analytics
• Good understanding of SAP SuccessFactors configuration and technical capabilities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
