Project Details

• Duration: Approximately 7 months
• Working Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week
• Rate: No specified target rate. Submit candidates at your most competitive hourly rate (SEK).
• Travel: Required. The consultant must be able to visit the Ringhals location regularly.

Position Overview

The SAP Technical Consultant is responsible for translating functional designs and business requirements into technical solutions and code using technologies such as ABAP, Fiori, CAP, RAP and/or SAP HANA Native.

The consultant will develop and implement technical specifications, understand functional specifications, create and execute program objects, and perform unit testing and other types of testing.

This role focuses on SAP technical development and does not include SAP Basis installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate functional designs and business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and implement SAP technical solutions using ABAP, Fiori, CAP, RAP and/or HANA Native.
• Prepare and execute technical specifications.
• Understand and interpret functional specifications.
• Develop, create and execute SAP program objects.
• Perform unit testing and other required testing activities.
• Analyse complex business requirements and deliver efficient technical solutions.
• Collaborate with functional teams and other stakeholders.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with SAPUI5, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience with SAP Fiori Elements, Neptune DXP, annotations and CDS Views.
• Good understanding of SAP UX design principles.
• Strong knowledge of SAP OData, REST services and SAP Gateway development.
• Backend development experience in ABAP, including:
• Core ABAP
• CDS Views
• AMDP
• RAP
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and UI integration scenarios.
• Ability to analyse complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.

Education

Relevant educational qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.

Language Requirements

• Swedish – Fluent (spoken and written).
• English – Fluent (spoken and written).

Mandatory Candidate Requirements

• Candidates must have lived in Sweden for at least 5 years.
• Must be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Must be able to visit Ringhals regularly.
• Must be available to work approximately 40 hours per week.
• Background verification is mandatory.
• Individual consultants (ICs) and indirect hires are not accepted.

Location & Travel Requirements

The primary project location is Ringhals, Sweden. Daily onsite presence is not mandatory, and the work can be performed remotely from another location. However, the consultant must be able to travel to Ringhals regularly.

Important: Travel expenses will not be reimbursed separately. All travel costs must be included in the proposed hourly rate.
