SAP Technology Consultant

For one of our clients, we are looking for an SAP Technology Consultant (m/f/n).

Your tasks

• Manage and support SAP VIM, ensuring smooth invoice processing and system functionality.
• Customize VIM processes to meet business needs, lead testing, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Perform troubleshooting on VIM interfaces, workflows, and configurations to address errors and disruptions.
• Support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for ongoing system stability.
• Document technical processes and use cases for team knowledge sharing.
• Monitor system performance, conduct root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvements.
• Provide user support and training and recommend system enhancements for operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Completed studies in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
• Very good knowledge of the configuration of VIM (Invoice Capture Center (ICC/BCC), Open Text Archive Server and Enterprise scan tool) and electronic invoicing processes in general desirable
• Knowledge of the SAP FI module (FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA)
• 3-6 years of consulting experience
• Extensive knowledge of business processes in this context
• Very good written and spoken English skills (German is an additional plus)
• ABAP skills are a plus
