SAP TM Solution Architect (m/f/d)

As part of our continued growth in Supply Chain Management and Logistics Transformation, we are looking for an experienced SAP TM Solution Architect (m/f/d) who is passionate about designing future-proof transportation management solutions and shaping complex transformation programs for global clients. As an SAP TM Solution Architect, you will play a key role in helping our clients transform and optimize their transportation processes. You will bridge business requirements, technical feasibility, and enterprise architecture to create scalable and sustainable SAP TM solutions. Working closely with clients, project teams, and technical experts, you will provide architectural leadership and ensure that transportation management solutions deliver measurable business value while supporting long-term digital transformation goals. Expectations and Tasks: Solution Architecture: Design and define end-to-end SAP Transportation Management solutions aligned with business objectives and technology strategies. Strategic Advisory: Advise clients on transportation management transformation initiatives, SAP TM roadmaps, and target operating models. Architecture Leadership: Lead solution design activities within SAP TM projects and complex transformation programs. Business & Technical Alignment: Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable and sustainable solution architectures. Transformation Programs: Support global SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives, template rollouts, harmonization programs, and logistics optimization projects. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with client executives, business stakeholders, project teams, and development experts to ensure successful project outcomes. Innovation & Best Practices: Drive innovation by bringing new ideas, industry trends, and SAP best practices into client engagements and internal communities. Qualifications and Skills: University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable qualification. Several years of hands-on experience in SAP Transportation Management and logistics transformation projects. Strong expertise in designing business processes, solution architectures, and operating models within SAP TM environments. Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, system harmonization initiatives, or global rollout projects. Ability to combine business, functional, and technical perspectives into pragmatic and scalable solutions. Strong consulting and communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all organizational levels. Willingness to travel within Germany and internationally. Fluent English skills; German language skills are considered a strong advantage.
