🚀 Freelance Opportunity: SAP VIM / OpenText Consultant – AMS Support (L2/L3)

📍 Location: 100% Remote

📅 Start: ASAP | Duration: 2 years, with extension option

We are looking for an experienced SAP VIM / OpenText Consultant to provide Level 2 and Level 3 support in a long-term AMS environment.

🔍 What are we looking for?

• Solid experience with SAP Vendor Invoice Management (configuration, invoice-processing workflows, exception handling)
• Hands-on experience supporting OpenText applications integrated with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA
• Incident, problem and service-request management, ideally in an ITIL-based AMS environment
• Confident handling of SAP and OpenText notes, patches and configuration changes

🛠️ Main responsibilities:

• L2/L3 support for SAP VIM and OpenText across all environments, including root-cause analysis
• Monitoring of the OpenText landscape, alerts and escalations
• Coordination with vendor support, SOC, and SAP, Basis and infrastructure teams
• Maintenance of operational manuals and knowledge articles

🎓 Nice to have:

• Knowledge of SAP accounts payable and vendor invoice processes

🌍 Language requirements

• Fluent English – MANDATORY
• German – a plus
