SAP VIM Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for SAP VIM and resolve production incidents and service requests.
  
• Troubleshoot invoice processing workflows and exception-handling issues.
  
• Configure and support invoice approval workflows.
  
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend permanent corrective actions.
  
• Develop knowledge articles, troubleshooting guides, and operational documentation.
  
• Support AMS stabilization, team training, and knowledge transfer.
  
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and shift-left support.
  
• Explore Generative AI and GPT-based knowledge assistants to improve self-service support.
