We’re looking for passionate individuals eager to help grow our Research&Development (R&D) Innovation Intern while upholding our core values of beauty, ethics, and sustainability. As our R&D Innovation Intern, you will create excellent formulas in terms of functional and sensorial performance, complying with the constraints of manufacturability, cost and safety, aligned with Company’s sustainable values . WHAT YOU WILL DO Research of new raw materials, ingredients and technology to promote innovation Investigate and summarize state of the art research on specific skin and ingredients topics Develop new and natural-based formulations utilizing in-depth knowledge of chemical Ingredients and processes that meets the desired specification for efficacy and pleasantness; Perform and monitor stability, utilizing approved stability protocol, and identify any corrective and qualitative-quantitative variations in accordance with the expected quality standards; Knowledge of raw materials documentation Defines the specifications of products collaborating with other departments; Contribution to innovative ideas, expertise, knowledge, experiences with strong team spirit, and pride in organization’s contribution to the company. WHO YOU ARE Educational qualification in Pharmacy, Biology, or related fields Knowledge of Skincare cosmetic formulation; Ability to work under pressure and on multiple tasks; Organizational and priority management skills; Interpersonal communication and relational competences; Strong flexible, precise and proactive attitude; Professional knowledge of Microsoft Software (Especially Excel); English (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Previous experience in a similar role or post-graduate programs related to this professional area will be considered as plus. In case of an extracurricular internship, a monthly allowance will be provided in line with applicable regulations.
