Where ambitious people connect the dots and grow
At Confirm, we’re building what’s next in workforce enablement. We connect the dots between learning, engagement and performance, using intelligent technology, content and data to help organisations unlock the potential of their people.
We’re a growing, global team where people are trusted to make an impact, take ownership and grow. Our values are at the heart of how we work: Do the right thing, We’ve got your back and Raise the bar. We care about doing work that matters, challenging ourselves to do it better and creating an environment where people can do their best work.
Confirm is a B Corp certified business and a Platinum Investors in People organisation. We’re also proud of the recognition our work has received across the industry, including multiple Gold wins at the Learning Technologies Awards.
If you’re looking for your next challenge, want the space to make your mark and like the idea of building something ambitious with good people around you, you’ve come to the right place.
About the role
We're looking for an excellent B2B writer to make Confirm's scale-up proposition clear, relevant, and easy to act on.
Sitting within Field Marketing, you'll write for CEOs, COOs, people leaders, learning teams, and operational teams in ambitious, fast-growing businesses. You'll get close to their world: rapid hiring, inconsistent onboarding, widening skill gaps, stretched managers, changing processes, and the pressure to build capability without adding complexity.
You'll turn proposition strategy, research, customer evidence, product insight, and campaign ideas into content that earns attention and supports growth. The work needs to sound unmistakably Confirm: clear, human, confident, and useful. For this audience, it must also feel energetic, conversational, and commercially sharp.
This is a hands-on role. You'll write flagship pieces and the shorter assets that make them travel: campaign copy, articles, customer stories, emails, event content, sales materials, social posts, video scripts, and more. You'll know when a subject needs depth and when three sharp lines will do the job better.
You'll work closely with the scale-up Product Marketing Evangelist, Field Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Digital, Sales, Product, Customer Experience, customers, and subject-matter experts. The Evangelist will own the proposition and market point of view. You'll turn that direction into distinctive content across the customer lifecycle journey - and bring strong editorial judgment of your own.
Roles and responsibilities include:
- Writing for the frontline market by translating the frontline proposition, messaging and market point of view into copy people can understand and use
-
Creating strong concepts, headlines, landing pages, emails, paid and organic social copy, event materials, and follow-up content that work together.
-
Building a practical understanding of C-suite leaders, HR and learning teams, operational leaders, and frontline managers, including the pressures and language that shape their decisions.
-
Explaining product capabilities and technical ideas through real problems and outcomes rather than feature-heavy language.
-
Creating concise sales and field assets including talk tracks, pitch narratives, one-pagers, account content, event briefs, and follow-up copy, slide deck narrative.
-
Keeping copy consistent with Confirm's brand while making it feel grounded and operationally credible for this audience.
-
Turning one strong report into multiple useful assets without making every channel feel identical.
-
Changing the length, pace, format, and level of detail for different channels and audiences while protecting the core idea.
-
Managing several briefs at once, communicate trade-offs early, and balance craft with the pace required by campaigns and field activity.
-
Maintaining a working bank of customer proof, statistics, quotes, objections, examples, and approved claims that can be reused across activity.
-
Using AI to support research and production while protecting originality, and editorial quality.
Who we are looking for
The succesfull candidate will demonstrate:
- Significant professional experience in B2B SaaS copywriting, content writing, journalism, editorial, brand storytelling, or a related discipline.
- A strong portfolio showing high-quality long- and short-form work across several formats and stages of the buyer journey.
- Strong editorial judgment to find the strongest angle and clearest structure in research, interviews, product information, and rough briefs.
- Empathy for Scale-Up’s. You understand what happens when workforce growth outpaces the systems, skills, and management practices needed to support it.
- Commercial awareness of how content supports attention, authority, engagement, opportunity creation, and growth.
- Experience interviewing customers, executives, or subject-matter experts and developing content from those conversations.
- Confidence moving between reports, articles, webpages, campaigns, customer stories, email, social, presentations, and scripts.
- Comfortable working with senior stakeholders to improve the brief, defend a strong editorial choice, and respond constructively to feedback.
- Experience managing multiple briefs and stakeholders in a fast-moving in-house, agency, technology, or scale-up environment.
Desirable
- Experience with the HR Tech industry
- First-hand experience writing for software and technology, professional services, ecommerce, internet businesses, or other fast-growing sectors.
- Experience writing research-led reports, customer stories, executive thought leadership, or sales enablement content.
- Understanding of AI search, answer engine optimization, generative engine optimization, and citation visibility.
- Experience writing for North American and UK or European audiences.
- Experience using performance data and audience feedback to improve content over time.
Closing date for receipt of applications is 5pm UK time on 30th October 2026.
