Where ambitious people connect the dots and grow

At Confirm, we’re building what’s next in workforce enablement. We connect the dots between learning, engagement and performance, using intelligent technology, content and data to help organisations unlock the potential of their people.

We’re a growing, global team where people are trusted to make an impact, take ownership and grow. Our values are at the heart of how we work: Do the right thing, We’ve got your back and Raise the bar. We care about doing work that matters, challenging ourselves to do it better and creating an environment where people can do their best work.

Confirm is a B Corp certified business and a Platinum Investors in People organisation. We’re also proud of the recognition our work has received across the industry, including multiple Gold wins at the Learning Technologies Awards.

If you’re looking for your next challenge, want the space to make your mark and like the idea of building something ambitious with good people around you, you’ve come to the right place.

About the role

At Confirm, our Account Managers are central to the growth of our customers. As an AM, your role goes beyond transactional sales, you are a trusted growth advisor who understands your customers’ strategic goals and proactively identifies ways the Confirm solution can support them.

This person will lead automated, data-driven programs to engage, and grow a high volume of customers without relying on one-on-one human management. You will build tech-touch strategies, manage digital engagement tools, and optimize operations to drive low-cost customer lifetime value.

This is a hunter role: growth is not assumed through organic account expansion, it is generated at scale through automated, data-led engagement. You bring the commercial instinct to build pipeline across a high-volume book, and the credibility to engage confidently with executives and a customer's wider tech stack even without one-on-one contact at every account. Renewals sit with the Customer Value Manager; this role is focused solely on identifying, building and closing new growth.

This role is solely and fully responsible for cross-sell revenue across your portfolio of existing accounts. Growth ownership is not shared with, or delegated to, the CVM team or any other function, the AM owns the cross-sell outcome for every account in their book, from opportunity identification through close.

What you will be doing

Roles and responsibilities include:

  • Take full, sole ownership of the cross-sell pipeline across your entire book of business: identification, business case, negotiation, and close — delivered at volume through repeatable plays rather than bespoke account work. No other function shares accountability for this outcome.

  • Execute and improve scalable cross-sell programs, playbooks, and workflows tailored to high-volume client segments

  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close for expansion opportunities.

  • Plan and prioritise your book, activities, and meetings, using data and insight to focus on the opportunities most likely to deliver value-led ROI.

  • Share relevant account-health signals with Customer Value Managers when encountered. This is informational support only, renewal and retention activity remains solely owned and driven by the CVM.

  • Demonstrate sales operational excellence by maintaining accurate CRM records, forecasting, and pipeline tracking for your growth pipeline.

  • Manage a broad tech stack of engagement and analytics tools, using the data they generate to make strong prioritisation decisions and demonstrate value to customers at scale.

  • Promote the value of the Confirm solution and services on an ongoing basis. Using external tools (eg; LinkedIn) to promote the Confirm solution.

Who we are looking for

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • B2B SaaS sales experience: Proven performance carrying and exceeding a growth or new-business quota in B2B SaaS, ideally across a high-volume book. HR tech experience is a plus, not a requirement.

  • Proven success in growing/expanding scaled accounts — a track record of cross-sell results.

  • Experience with structured sales approaches and methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC).

  • Strong command of discovery, ROI selling, objection handling, and negotiation.

  • Demonstrated ability to build a growth pipeline through account prospecting.

  • Compelling communicator: Skilled in delivering sales presentations to C-level and stakeholders, and quick to leverage existing contacts to demonstrate value rapidly across a large book.

  • Technically comfortable: Extremely comfortable with technology, with a strong enough understanding of the company's internal tools and products to navigate them independently, and confident using data to segment accounts and identify where to focus.

  • Commercially driven with a focus on exceeding growth/expansion revenue targets.

  • Highly collaborative; thrives in partnership with cross-functional teams, including CVMs, without needing to own their workstream.

  • Focused on innovation: A focus and passion for continuous improvement, constantly ensuring practices, approach and interactions are optimised and the best in the market.

  • Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills.

  • Adaptable, coachable, and proactive in dynamic environments.

Closing date for receipt of applications is 5pm UK time on 20th November 2026
