We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Scheduler (TPO/PMO) to join our dynamic, international team. In this role, you will manage and coordinate complex programs, projects, and processes to ensure seamless execution and service delivery. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will optimize project schedules, track resource allocation, mitigate risks, and drive continuous process improvements across connected workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Program & Project Scheduling: Develop, manage, and optimize planning and scheduling methods to ensure the timely and successful delivery of services.
• Tool & Method Execution: Apply DTPM2 Methodology and leverage key PM tools—including MS Project, Financial Force, Propel, LightSpeed, and supporting Solutions Scenarios.
• Resource & Capacity Management: Utilize MS Project to effectively manage, allocate, and monitor project resources.
• Stakeholder Visualisation: Build and present clear, high-level project visualisations tailored for diverse stakeholders and leadership levels.
• Risk & Process Optimization: Collaborate across teams to proactively identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and refine operational processes for maximum efficiency.
• Documentation & Governance: Utilize service structures, Service Briefs, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and standardized templates to maintain project governance.

Requirements

• Core Technical Expertise: Demonstrated advanced hands-on experience with MS Project, including robust resource management capabilities.
• Tooling & Methodology Knowledge: Practical experience with PM tools (Financial Force, Propel, LightSpeed) and structured project frameworks (DTPM2 Methodology).
• Program Complexity: Basic technical understanding with the proven ability to handle multi-layered programs with interconnected workstreams.
• Communication & Visualisation: Strong skills in converting complex program data into clear visual reports for varying audience levels.
• Adaptability & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic international environment.
• Flexibility: Readiness to work seamlessly across a hybrid setup (onsite/remote).
