We are seeking a representative who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced global company. You will be in charge of coordinating a customer's shipments by quoting, booking and scheduling to ensure we provide an optimal customer service experience within a teamwork-based and tech-driven company. A g o-getter attitude with the ability to come up with solutions to challenges DEPARTMENT: Logistics Operations LOCATION: Philippines - Remote WHAT YOU GET TO DO: Schedule appointments via email, phone, or customer TMS based on customer requirements Work with members of other teams to guarantee a smooth delivery process Work with the Customer Sales team to improve specific customer scheduling processes to ensure optimal loads Work with Carrier Sales team to optimize loads to improve carrier sourcing Assist with challenging requests and know when they should be escalated REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 1-2 years of experience in a coordinating, scheduling, or administrative role Strong attention to detail and showcases proactiveness. Fluent in English - Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize. Able to tackle issues head-on and create resolutions with urgency.
