At Kansas City Clinic Advisors, we’re looking for a Scheduling Specialist to join our team! In this role, you’ll support healthcare clinics across the United States by assisting patients with appointment scheduling, inbound and outbound calls, and administrative coordination through scheduling platforms and healthcare systems. We’re looking for someone organized, patient-focused, and excited to be part of a dynamic and positive work environment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Answer inbound and outbound patient calls in a professional and friendly manner. • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments through internal systems and scheduling apps. • Assist patients with general questions related to appointments, providers, and clinic workflows. • Accurately document patient interactions and appointment updates in the system. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling operations and patient communication. • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive patient experience at all times. • Support additional administrative and operational tasks as needed. 🔹 Requirements: • Fluent English (C1 level and above – strong verbal communication is essential). • Previous experience in healthcare environments such as clinics, medical offices, hospitals, or similar settings is preferred. • Experience in customer service, scheduling, or patient-facing roles is highly valued. • Comfortable handling phone-based communication throughout the day. • Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in fast-paced environments. • Positive attitude and strong willingness to be part of a collaborative and energetic team. 🔹 About the Role & the Company: 💻 Hybrid position preferred for candidates based in Buenos Aires (1 day in our Palermo Office). 🕒 Full-time schedule, working 8am to 5pm U.S CST hours - 10am to 7pm ARG Hours. 🤝 Formal employment with social security and OSDE 260 coverage. 📈 Growth and stability: Join a growing healthcare project focused on operational excellence and high-quality patient support. 📍 Location: Available for Argentina-based candidates only.
