At Atomi, our mission is to help unlock the world's potential by optimising the way we teach and learn. Our platform combines cutting-edge technology with a creative, human-first approach, turning complex ideas into simple, engaging experiences for students, educators, and parents everywhere.

We’re driven by curiosity, humility and a relentless focus on quality and innovation. At Atomi, your ideas matter, your creativity counts and your work directly impacts how hundreds of thousands of learners engage with education around the globe.

Come build something remarkable with us.

The opportunity

As a School Success Manager, you will own the full relationship with a portfolio of existing Atomi schools, from rollout and adoption through to renewal and expansion. You’ll be the school’s trusted advisor on best practice and the commercial lead on growing the partnership.

A key part of your role will be helping School Executives structure and manage school-wide Atomi deployments, coaching senior teachers on Atomi’s methodology and innovative pedagogy and building change management strategies that drive adoption, self-sufficiency and phenomenal student results. Strong adoption creates the foundation for growth, and you’ll turn that value into new departments, new contacts and expanded partnerships.

You’ll also represent Atomi externally through thought leadership, including content marketing, conference presentations and media.

What you'll do

  • Conduct workshops, webinars, training sessions and onsite meetings, building productive relationships with key stakeholders
  • Coach customers to become product experts so their schools become increasingly self-sufficient
  • Use data and insights to proactively manage activation and address at-risk schools
  • Develop and execute account plans that expand customer relationships and drive revenue growth
  • Multithread within your schools, running outbound activity to engage new contacts and departments
  • Manage a pipeline of renewal and expansion deals, leading demos and pricing negotiations to exceed your targets
  • Partner with Sales, Product and Marketing to improve the customer experience and translate customer challenges into new solutions
  • Represent Atomi externally through case studies, conference presentations and thought leadership

What you'll bring

  • Experience within the education sector, particularly working with secondary schools or educational staff, will be highly regarded
  • Ability to balance a trusted advisor relationship with a commercial growth agenda
  • Experience making outbound calls and conducting high-level business discussions
  • Experience delivering training, workshops or presentations to a range of audiences, including senior executives
  • Excellent communication and relational skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders
  • Experience in fast-paced, collaborative environments, with the ability to prioritise and adapt
  • A commitment to continuous improvement, a questioning mindset and openness to constructive feedback
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
  • Startup or EdTech experience is advantageous, but not required
  • A valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)
