Your mission

NeuroNation is the personalised training app that empowers more than 25 million people all over the world in staying brain healthy and happy in their lives.

We collaborate closely with scientists and universities to achieve the best results possible. Our engaging apps have received awards from major health insurance companies, such as the AOK, funded by the German Federal Ministry of Health. Also, we've been awarded by Apple and Google as one of the best apps available.

Since May 15th, 2023, Healthcare Professionals can also prescribe our product as the first Brain Training app that is reimbursed by public health insurances in Germany. Therefore, a medical version of our app has been developed, called "NeuroNation MED", which is a CE-declared medical device and an approved "DiGA" by the local healthcare authorities https://neuronation-med.de

Your roles and responsibilities

• Collect quantitative and qualitative user data and improve the patient journey across all steps on the NeuroNation MED website and inside the app, such as awareness, prescription, training, retention

• Build a network of key opinion leaders in the product’s ecosystem and use their expertise to derive product innovations, market the product, and increase its visibility in the market

• Initiate customer communication and marketing campaigns to ensure the success of the product in close cooperation with your colleagues from Marketing and Product

• Take responsibility for the success of the therapy and business outcomes

• Improve the overall training experience by implementing features to make both NeuroNation MED and NeuroNation as effective and engaging as possible

• Be your own user, assure the quality of the product, and develop into one of our experts for cognitive training

• Live with a Growth mindset - constantly look for learning opportunities for yourself and the team

• Work closely with colleagues from Product, Marketing, Clinical, Business Intelligence, Customer Care, CRM, and Regulatory to help millions of users and patients stay fit

Your profile

Who you are and what you have done

• You have deep personal interest in Brain training, Self-Improvement and Digital health

• You have at least 1 year of work experience on a digital product or service

• You have experience defining requirements for developers to implement or you have a background in Tech

• You are a passionate learner

• You have personal experience as a user of digital health, education, or productivity apps

• You have a university degree

• You speak and write German and English with full professional proficiency

• You have strong problem-solving skills and operate at high speed

• You are well-organised, have good project management skills, and can manage multiple tasks concurrently.

• You are a team-player and love to help out your colleagues.
