AI-TRANSFORMED SCRUM MASTER | LATAM (México, Colombia and Costa Rica)

Are you a Scrum Master who understands that Agile is evolving and that AI is changing the way software delivery teams work?

We’re looking for an AI-Transformed Scrum Master to support delivery teams working with a major automotive client.

⚠️ This is NOT a traditional Scrum Master role.

You’ll operate in an AI-assisted, spec-driven development model, where specifications are the primary artifact and AI agents support drafting, analysis, and recurring delivery workflows.

Your role will be to protect and improve the flow of value across 2–3 cross-functional product teams while helping teams adopt AI-first ways of working.

🔹 What you’ll do:

• Serve as Scrum Master across 2–3 product teams

• Own and improve flow metrics: WIP, lead time, aging, throughput & dependencies

• Drive measurable lead-time reduction and eliminate waste

• Maintain an 80% on-time milestone delivery standard

• Identify and escalate delivery risks early

• Redesign Agile ceremonies using automation and AI where appropriate

• Coach teams on spec-driven development and Given-When-Then acceptance criteria

• Drive genuine AI adoption and behavior change — beyond simply using tools

• Maintain AI learning plans and promote AI-first ways of working

• Ensure planning data remains accurate and trustworthy across Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps

• Support team health, recognition, development plans, and psychologically safe retrospectives

🔹 What we’re looking for:

✅ 5+ years in Agile software delivery

✅ 2+ years as a Scrum Master or equivalent role supporting software product teams

✅ Strong knowledge of flow metrics and Agile delivery practices

✅ Hands-on daily experience using AI assistants such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar for real delivery work

✅ Experience with Jira, Rally, or Azure DevOps at Epic/Feature/Story level

✅ Strong written and spoken English

✅ Comfortable facilitating directly with US product & engineering leaders

✅ Availability for regular US East Coast overlap

✅ Comfortable working in an evolving and ambiguous environment

⭐ Nice to have:

• GitHub Spec Kit / Speckit

• Agentic coding workflows or prompt-first prototyping

• Marketplace, logistics, or transportation experience

• Experience supporting multiple teams simultaneously

• CSM, PSM, KMP or similar Agile certification
