We offer an interesting and challenging opportunity in our international multi-site positioning product development unit, assuring maximum business agility along the value stream.

At the center of attention our market-oriented product teams develop, integrate, test and release software and hardware matching or exceeding the expectations of our customers.

As a Scrum Master, you will be a role model of agility. You will spread and deepen the knowledge on agile ways of working throughout the organization, and you will support one agile team in becoming the best version of itself. Your work and contribution will be very valuable in our innovative multi-site agile environment. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of driving changes in our part of the organization and helps building up a competence network that matters.

The role is located in Athens, Greece.

Your Responsibilities

• Creating successful agile teams (highly collaborative, working as a single unit to create value together)
• Foster a culture of appreciation, continuous learning and improvement
• Ensure that the scrum principles are lived by the team members
• Pave the way for a Scrum team's success by enabling change throughout the organization
• Support the leadership team in creating the best environment for scrum teams to perform
• Contribution to exchange within and further development of the scrum master network & agile leadership

Your Skills and Experience

• Servant leader with an agile mindset
• 2+ years as active scrum master in high-tech product development
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Structured way of thinking

Requirements

• Greek/EU/Schengen-zone citizen, or holder of a work permit for Greece.

Bonus Point

• Understanding of hardware development process
• Certified as Scrum Master
