Scrum Master

ACENSI BELGIUM is looking for his client a Scrum Master for one of its client in the banking sector.

Mission context :

The Agile, Tools and Process team is supporting the agile transformation of the Marketing & Communications department. The Scrum Master will work at cluster level and support 2 to 3 squads, helping them improve their ways of working and become more autonomous.

Key responsibilities :

• Guide the cluster and squads through their agile transformation as a servant leader.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies at both squad and cluster level.
• Coach teams on agile roles, values and collaboration.
• Remove blockers and drive continuous improvement with the Product Owner and stakeholders.
• Challenge existing processes and adapt ways of working to the department’s needs.

Required profile :

• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a transformation context.
• Experience coaching agile teams and improving processes in a complex corporate environment.
• Experience in Marketing & Communications and agile transformation outside IT.
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Master’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Languages and working arrangements :

• Professional proficiency in French, Dutch and English.
• 50% on site and 50% remote, depending on team presence.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Workfront, Wrike or similar backlog tools is a plus.
