About Your New Job

As a Scrum Master, you will support multiple Scrum teams and help them deliver high-quality working software through effective Agile practices.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
• Coaching Scrum team members on Agile principles, ceremonies, roles and artefacts.
• Managing sprint and quarter-on-quarter metrics, including daily radiators, capacity planning and progress reporting.
• Supporting quarterly Programme Increment planning and Scrum of Scrums activities with global teams.
• Identifying technical impediments and ensuring that issues are communicated clearly to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Working closely with project teams, business partners, management and stakeholders to communicate project status, risks, challenges and successes.
• Managing data warehouse and reporting projects within the financial services sector.
• Using tools such as JIRA, SharePoint and Confluence to support workflow management and project documentation.
• Applying both Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies in a fast-paced technical environment.

What Skills You Need

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Scrum Coach, successfully managing multiple projects or teams in a technical environment.
• Certified Scrum Master qualification.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
• Strong experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching teams and managing Agile artefacts.
• Extensive experience with sprint metrics, capacity planning, sprint reviews and quarterly PI planning.
• Experience using JIRA, SharePoint and Confluence.
• Experience managing Scrum of Scrums with globally distributed teams.
• Experience managing data warehouse and reporting projects, ideally within the financial services industry.
• Strong technical aptitude, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint.
• The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and deliver results with minimal supervision.
• A proactive, flexible and solutions-focused approach.

• Pay rate: €650- €700 Per day
• Contract duration: 6-month contract, with potential for extension
• Hybrid work: 3 days in office
• Location: South Dublin
