Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery, strengthen team

collaboration, and help Scrum teams deliver high-quality products predictably. The ideal

candidate will be skilled in removing impediments, coaching teams and stakeholders, and driving

continuous improvement across the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

∙Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews,

and retrospectives.

∙Coach Scrum teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles and Scrum

practices.

∙Track sprint progress, delivery risks, dependencies, and impediments.

∙Remove blockers by coordinating with technical teams, business stakeholders, and

leadership.

∙Promote self-organization, accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

∙Support Product Owners with backlog refinement, prioritization, and readiness.

∙Monitor Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, cycle time, throughput, and release

progress.

∙Identify delivery risks and escalate issues appropriately.

∙Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams, including product, engineering,

QA, design, and operations.

∙Help teams improve estimation, planning, quality, and predictability.

∙Support Agile transformation initiatives and contribute to the adoption of consistent

delivery practices.
