Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily scrum, backlog refinement, sprint review and retrospective in two-week sprints.
• Keep sprint backlogs, impediments, risks and Agile metrics current in VA Jira.
• Coach the team and the VA Product Owner on SAFe 6.0 practice.
• Feed team objectives, capacity and dependencies into PI Planning.
• Escalate risks and blockers to the Release Train Engineer and program leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Scrum Master or Agile coach.
• Experience on a SAFe Agile Release Train.
• Jira administration of sprint boards and metrics.

Desired Skills:

• VA or federal health program experience.
• SAFe 6.0 practice.
• Coaching product owners on backlog refinement.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree.
• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) required; SAFe Advanced Scrum Master a plus.

Clearance:

• Must be able to obtain a Tier 2 / Moderate Risk Public Trust and a VA PIV credential.

Location:

• Remote, USA.

Pay Range:

• The suggested pay for this position ranges from $80,546 to $92,875.
• The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
• Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
