Scrum Master

Role: Scrum Master

Location-Canada(Remote)

Duration: Long term

Seeking an experienced Scrum master to lead agile Delivery for a Technology initiative. Candidates with a Technical, QA, OR Testing Background are strongly preferred, with the ability to support technical delivery priorities when Needed.

Key Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Scrum Master Leading Agile/Scrum Teams

Strong Facilitation of ceremonies, Impediment Removal, and continuous Improvement.

Technical or QA/Testing Background with the understanding of Software Development.

Ability to collaborate effectively with Architects, Engineers and Business stakeholders.

Strong Leadership, Communication, and stakeholder management Skills.

Experience in Complex Enterprise Technology environments.

Exposure to Cloud, Data, Application Development, OR Digital transformation is preferred.

Authorization: Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
