Scrum Master

Scrum Master (Remote / LATAM) Location: Remote (LATAM preferred) Type: Full-time Role Overview We are looking for a Scrum Master who can drive agile execution across cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient delivery of technology and operational initiatives. This role is key in enabling collaboration between product, engineering, and operations, while continuously improving processes in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) Remove blockers and proactively address impediments affecting team performance Drive continuous improvement and agile maturity across teams Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to ensure clarity in backlog and priorities Track and report key agile metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time, etc.) Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and transparency Support multiple squads working on operational tools, automation, and internal platforms Ensure alignment between technical teams and business/operations goals Requirements 3–6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile environments Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and agile frameworks Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, operations) Proven ability to manage stakeholders and drive alignment Strong communication skills in English (B2+ / C1 preferred) Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments Nice to Have Experience in PropTech, Field Services, or Operations-heavy companies Background in process optimization or continuous improvement Exposure to data-driven decision making (metrics, dashboards) Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, etc.) What We Offer Remote work flexibility Opportunity to work in a high-growth, tech-enabled operations company Exposure to real-world operational challenges at scale Collaborative and fast-paced environment Competitive compensation (LATAM market)
