Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead

**Job Title:** Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead – Regulated Manufacturing

Location: Munich, Germany

Work Mode: Hybrid – onsite once per week in Munich

**Contract Duration:** 12 months or more

### Summary

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead to support Agile delivery within a regulated manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Scrum, SAFe and Agile delivery leadership, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical or life sciences industry.

The candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, support Agile Release Train (ART) synchronisation and PI coordination, manage delivery risks and impediments, and ensure that regulatory and compliance requirements are embedded in delivery processes. Strong collaboration across Business, IT and Operational Technology (OT) teams, along with effective multi-supplier coordination, is essential.

### Key Responsibilities

- Plan and facilitate Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Presentations and Retrospectives.

- Facilitate daily stand-ups and support ART synchronisation and Program Increment (PI) planning and coordination.

- Coach Agile teams on Scrum, SAFe methodologies and continuous-improvement practices.

- Identify and remove impediments, manage delivery risks, and maintain transparent action and escalation processes.

- Coordinate stakeholders and align team execution with PI objectives and delivery commitments.

- Facilitate reviews that integrate regulatory, quality and compliance requirements into ART workflows.

- Track and communicate delivery metrics, progress, dependencies and risks to support cross-functional collaboration.

- Coordinate effectively across Business, IT, OT and multiple suppliers.

- Participate in mandatory onsite qualification, configuration and testing activities as required.

### Must-Have Skills and Experience

1. **Agile Delivery:** Strong experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead, including facilitation of Agile ceremonies and team coaching.

2. **SAFe Framework:** Practical experience in a SAFe environment, including ART synchronisation and PI coordination.

3. **Regulated Industry:** Experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, life sciences or regulated manufacturing environments, with awareness of GMP and non-GMP requirements.

4. **Stakeholder and Supplier Management:** Proven ability to coordinate Business, IT and OT teams, manage dependencies and support multi-supplier delivery.

5. **Compliance and Validation:** Understanding of regulated delivery workflows, qualification, configuration and testing activities.

### Candidate Expectations

- 8–12 years of relevant professional experience.

- Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Germany, with onsite attendance approximately once per week and additional attendance for mandatory qualification, configuration and testing activities.

- Fluent professional English is mandatory.
