- Identify recurring delivery issues, team inefficiencies, and gaps in execution, and implement improvement actions.
- Monitor team health and performance through relevant metrics and qualitative feedback.
- Address team conflicts and facilitate constructive discussions to maintain effective collaboration.
- Challenge ineffective practices and encourage continuous improvement rather than simply following ceremonies.
3. Agile Coaching & Continuous Improvement
- Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and effective delivery approaches.
- Assess team Agile maturity and establish improvement plans to strengthen delivery capabilities.
- Promote a culture of transparency, collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce waste, and optimize delivery processes.
- Share best practices and support Agile adoption across multiple teams where required.
4. Stakeholder & Cross-functional Management
- Act as a key coordination point between Product, Engineering, QA, Business, and other stakeholders.
- Communicate delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and impediments transparently.
- Facilitate cross-team alignment and dependency management to minimize delivery delays.
- Escalate critical issues with clear impact assessments and proposed mitigation plans.
- Manage stakeholder expectations while maintaining focus on team capacity and delivery commitments.
5. Reporting & Delivery Governance
- Monitor and report sprint performance and overall delivery health.
