Apply today and help us build a more inclusive, sustainable future in the world of satellite technology Job Purpose Eutelsat is looking for a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master & Project Manager to join the Ground Network Engineering (GNE) Program Management team. The successful candidate will support Agile delivery across software engineering and networking teams while also leading project management activities and contributing to supplier management processes. The role requires a strong combination of Agile leadership and project management expertise to ensure successful delivery of GNE initiatives. Key Responsibilities Scrum Master Activities Act as Scrum Master for Agile teams Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint DEMOs, Sprint Retrospectives and Backlog Refinement sessions Foster Agile best practices and continuous improvement within the teams. Remove impediments and support teams in achieving sprint commitments. Track and communicate Agile metrics, team velocity, delivery progress, and risks. Promote collaboration between engineering teams and stakeholders. Scrum of Scrums Coordination Represent assigned teams in the GNE Scrum of Scrums. Coordinate dependencies and cross-team activities within the GNE organization. Escalate blockers and risks impacting multiple teams. Contribute to alignment of priorities, roadmaps, and delivery objectives across GNE. Project Management Activities Manage engineering and infrastructure projects from initiation to closure. Define project scope, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource plans. Track project progress and ensure adherence to agreed timelines and objectives. Manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies. Prepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Support portfolio planning and prioritization activities within GNE. Supplier Management Support Monitor supplier deliverables, schedules, and performance indicators. Support contract execution and compliance activities in collaboration with procurement and legal functions. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field. Proven experience as Scrum Master and/or Agile Project Manager in technical environments. Experience working with Software Engineering and Network Engineering teams. Solid understanding of Agile scaled frameworks (Scrum, Kanban). Experience in project planning, execution, risk management, and reporting. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Excellent facilitation, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken. Key Competencies Familiarity with Jira, Confluence or equivalent Agile tools. Experience working in international and multicultural organizations.
