About Us
At Hudson Valley Systems, we believe that excellence and empathy go hand in hand. We are not just consultants — we are true partners, committed to solving real business challenges and delivering meaningful outcomes for our clients.
What sets us apart is how we work.
We operate in a remote-first, global delivery model, collaborating closely with U.S.-based clients on high-impact initiatives. Our teams are empowered to take ownership, move fast, and make decisions that directly influence outcomes — not just follow processes.
We work across diverse industries — including government, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and industrial — solving complex problems, scaling solutions, and driving measurable results. Every engagement is built on deep collaboration, respect for client context, and a sharp focus on value creation.
For our people, this means:
- Exposure to global clients and real business challenges
- Opportunities to lead, influence, and grow quickly
- A culture built on trust, accountability, and continuous improvement
More than a company, we are a team that values relationships, ownership, and impact.
Because at Hudson, our client’s success is our only success — and our people are at the heart of making that happen.

We are hiring an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for globally distributed teams working with U.S.-based clients.
This role goes beyond facilitating ceremonies—you will drive delivery outcomes, improve team performance, and elevate Agile maturity across projects. You’ll work in a remote-first environment, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders with required overlap in U.S. time zones.
If you are passionate about building high-performing teams, removing delivery bottlenecks, and enabling predictable outcomes, this role offers strong ownership and impact.
Requirements

- Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) with a focus on efficiency and actionable outcomes
- Coach teams to improve velocity, ownership, and delivery predictability
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth and timely execution
- Partner with Product Owners to maintain well-groomed backlogs and clear sprint goals
- Drive continuous improvement using retrospectives, metrics, and feedback loops
- Provide transparent communication on progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders
- Track and optimize team performance using metrics such as velocity, cycle time, and burn-down
- Enable collaboration across distributed teams working in global time zones
- Support adoption and scaling of Agile practices (Scrum/SAFe) where needed
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of overall experience, including minimum 4 years as a Scrum Master
- Strong hands-on experience with Scrum and/or Kanban frameworks
- Proven ability to work with remote, distributed teams and international stakeholders
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery lifecycle
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across teams
- Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent
Certifications
- Scrum certification (CSM or PSM) required
- SAFe certification preferred (not mandatory but highly valued)
Nice-to-Have
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients or time-zone aligned teams
- Exposure to Agile transformation or scaling Agile across multiple teams
- Experience managing multiple Scrum teams simultaneously
