■Main tasks include

・Facilitate daily Scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.

・Guide and coach development teams in Agile methodologies and best practices.

・Identify and remove impediments to progress, ensuring smooth project execution.

・Track and report on project progress and performance metrics.

・Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.

・Continuously improve team processes and efficiency.

■Required Experience And Skills

・5+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in an agile leadership role (Scrum Master/PM).

・Deep understanding of agile/scrum methodologies with a focus on maximizing value (e.g., MVP). ・Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate a culturally diverse team.

【Nice to have】

・Hands-on experience as a software engineer is a plus.

・Experience building new processes or project teams from scratch is a plus.

【Language skills】

・Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
