Job conditions:
- Job title - Account Manager (B2B Partner Onboarding)
- Start Date: ASAP but can wait for a 1-month notice
- Work style - Hybrid (3 days/week from home & 2 days/week from office)
- Working hours - 9:00 - 18:00
- Salary - 4.2 - 4.8M JPY/year

Responsibilities:
- Support new accommodation partners with onboarding and account setup
- Guide partners through registration and next steps
- Share best practices and recommendations to improve partner performance
- Explain and train partners on our company’s tools and systems using existing materials
- Participate in short-term projects or campaigns to boost partner engagement
- Track activities and updates in internal systems and follow daily priorities
- Collaborate with team members to learn and improve continuously
Must-have skills:
- Client-facing experience in any industry but preferably Tech / Travel industries (can be sales, account management, customer support, concierge, coordination work)
- Native-level Japanese (client communication), Business-level English (reading and writing and internal communications)
- Comfortable using basic computer tools (Excel, email, internal systems)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn, ask questions, and accept feedback
Nice-to-have skills:
- Interest in Tech industry
