SD239 Demand & Supply Planning Manager Apply En SD Supply Chain Talent estamos buscando a lo/as mejores candidato/as para el rol de Demand & Supply Planning Manager en empresa farmacéutica con sede en Barcelona Misión del puesto: Liderar y hacer evolucionar las funciones de Demand & Supply Planning para soportar el crecimiento del negocio: consolidar el ciclo S&OP end-to-end, definir la estrategia de planificación y de inventarios y garantizar la alineación transversal entre Ventas, Finanzas y Operaciones. El rol combina profundidad técnica con liderazgo, mediación y capacidad de decisión. Responsabilidades: Liderar la función end-to-end de Demand & Supply Planning Liderar y coordinar el proceso S&OP Demand Planning & Forecasting Supply Planning & Inventory Management Portfolio & Product Lifecycle Management: Gestión del portfolio y del ciclo de vida de producto; con reducción de la obsolescencia. Analytics y mejora continua: SAP (PP, MM, SD), modelos Excel y dashboards Power BI Liderazgo e influencia transversal: formar y desarrollar al equipo (trainee, futuros planners) para construir una función escalable; conocer en profundidad el negocio y mantener una relación sólida con toda la cadena. Requerimientos: Grado, Licenciatura o Ingeniería (Industrial, ADE, Supply Chain, o similares) Mínimo 6 años de experiencia en Demand y Supply Planning o roles de liderazgo transversal en SC, liderando iniciativas y proyectos estratégicos/transversales Experiencia en entornos Lean, con mejora continua implantada Experiencia en planificación mediante ERP estándar (Oracle, SAP o Business Central) Sólido dominio de principios de Demand y Supply Planning e Inventory Management Conocimiento avanzado de procesos S&OP y/o Integrated Business Planning Nivel avanzado de excel (tablas dinámicas) Inglés Min.
