SDR OUTBOUND

Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Business Development Representative (BBR)

Location: Remote

Mandatory Requirements

• Native or near-native English proficiency.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in:
• B2B outbound sales
• Cold calling
• B2B telemarketing
• Completed Bachelor’s Degree — mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, including contact management, call logging, and task management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for organization, filtering, and tracking.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.

Ability to:

• Build rapport quickly over the phone
• Handle objections effectively
• Speak with decision-makers
• Schedule qualified meetings and demos

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS.
• Experience in the security systems / physical security industry.
• Experience working with field services companies.
