SDR – Remote Sales Development Rep – 1,300 USD/month + Bonuses

Pay: 1,300 USD/month plus performance bonuses. Full-time, 100% remote.

Talentige is looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative to drive outbound pipeline for a growing US company in the industrial sector. You'll reach decision-makers at manufacturing and industrial B2B companies, start meaningful conversations, and book qualified meetings for the sales team.

Your responsibilities

• Run daily outbound prospecting: cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn outreach
• - Research target accounts and find the right contacts (operations, procurement, plant and facility managers)
• - Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls for account executives
• - Follow up consistently and keep the top of the funnel moving
• - Log calls, notes, and pipeline stages accurately in the CRM
• - Hit weekly activity and meeting goals

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of outbound B2B sales, SDR, BDR, or appointment-setting experience
• - Excellent spoken and written English (Professional level or above)
• - Comfortable making high-volume cold calls to US prospects
• - Hands-on experience with a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar)
• - Industrial, manufacturing, or technical B2B background is a big plus
• - Organized, self-motivated, and target-driven
