At Linked Up Sales, we help companies generate new business through strategic outbound sales and prospecting.
We’re looking for an SDR to join our team and help us create qualified conversations and meetings with potential clients.
*What you'll do*
-Prospect potential clients through LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, email, and cold calls.
-Connect with decision-makers and start meaningful business conversations.
-Qualify prospects and identify potential opportunities.
-Follow up consistently with prospects.
-Schedule qualified meetings for our sales team.
-Work toward clear daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
-Participate in training, roleplays, and ongoing coaching.
*What we're looking for*
-Previous experience in sales, SDR/BDR, appointment setting, telemarketing, or prospecting is a plus.
-Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with decision-makers.
-Comfortable making cold calls and handling rejection.
-Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
-Goal-oriented and motivated by measurable results.
-Coachable, proactive, and willing to continuously improve.
Based in Central or South America, ideally within a time zone aligned with our team.
Good English is required (C1)
