Sales Development Representative

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to own high-volume outbound prospecting and follow-up for a fast-growing company. You will engage cold prospects, re-activate inactive accounts, support pipeline creation, and respond to inbound inquiries — all within a structured, metrics-driven outbound motion. This is a pure execution role. High activity, clear metrics, no fluff. You will be making calls and sending emails every day, hitting daily activity targets, and keeping the CRM clean and current. Why You'll Want to Join You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th) Paid Time Off in accordance with company policy Observance of Holidays per company guidelines 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you're most productive This role requires availability Monday through Friday during US business hours High-activity role with a clear playbook, defined metrics, and a repeatable outbound motion Work inside a growing company with real traction and an expanding client base What You'll Work On Outbound Prospecting and Cold Outreach Send high-volume outbound emails to cold prospects using automated outreach systems Call cold prospects and warm leads daily with a confident, natural delivery Write clear, concise, non-spammy cold emails that get responses Handle objections and basic discovery conversations professionally and without hesitation Account Follow-Up and Reactivation Follow up consistently with inactive or stalled accounts to re-engage and move them forward Support reorders, account expansion, and reactivation outreach for existing customers Maintain a structured cadence across all active and dormant accounts Inbound Response Respond promptly to inbound calls and email inquiries within defined response time targets Qualify inbound leads and route or advance them appropriately CRM and Activity Management Log all call and email activity accurately in the CRM after every interaction Maintain clean pipeline data with clear next steps on every account at all times Hit daily activity targets and monthly pipeline creation goals consistently What You Bring Prior experience in sales, outbound, inside sales, or lead generation Fluent English across reading, writing, and speaking — this is a phone and email-first role Strong written communication with the ability to write clear, concise cold emails that do not read as spam Confident, natural phone presence with the ability to handle objections and rejection without losing momentum Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM for logging activity and managing pipeline Strong computer literacy with the ability to multitask across multiple tools simultaneously Fast typing and strong attention to detail Quiet, professional calling environment and reliable high-speed internet Self-disciplined, coachable, and comfortable being measured against daily and monthly metrics Nice to Have Background in high-volume outbound sales with defined daily activity targets Experience using sales engagement platforms such as Outreach, Salesloft, or Apollo alongside a CRM Prior experience in B2B or B2C sales across any industry How to Apply Please include: Your updated resume A short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) introducing yourself, describing your outbound sales or SDR experience, and giving an example of a cold outreach approach that worked for you and why Only candidates who submit a Loom video will be moved to the next step of the hiring process.
