We’re LOCUS-T, Malaysia’s digital marketing pioneers with 25+ years of experience and a Malaysia Book of Records recognition for “Most Active SEO Service Contracts.” We’re expanding our SEO leadership, and we want an SEO Assistant Manager who can steer strategy, mentor talent, and deliver results that clients can feel.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute SEO strategies that consistently exceed client KPIs.
• Lead technical, on-page, and off-page efforts with clarity and purpose.
• Act as a trusted advisor for premier accounts and provide high-level guidance that matches real business needs.
• Mentor a growing team and help them troubleshoot, think strategically, and own their client relationships.
• Support new business through upsells, cross-sells, and proposal contributions.
• Track performance, interpret insights, and refine strategies to keep results moving.

What You’ll Bring

Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or Media Studies.
• 5 to 6 years SEO experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Certified in Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

Good to Have:

• Advanced SEO certifications like SEMrush.
• Proficiency with SEO tools, analytics platforms, and reporting systems.
• Chinese dialect proficiency for diverse client engagement.
