Search Engine Optimization Specialist (SEO)

TalentPop App is looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented SEO Specialist to improve website visibility, increase organic traffic, and strengthen search engine rankings through effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and opportunities for organic growth.
• Implement on-page SEO strategies, including optimizing title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal links, and website content.
• Execute off-page SEO strategies, including backlink building, link prospecting, and outreach to relevant websites.
• Perform website SEO audits to identify technical issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Optimize website content to improve search visibility, relevance, and user experience.
• Analyze competitors’ SEO strategies, keyword rankings, backlink profiles, and content performance.
• Monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings, click-through rates, and other SEO performance metrics.
• Use SEO tools and analytics platforms to track results and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with content writers, web developers, and digital marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations.
• Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes, SEO best practices, and industry trends.
• Prepare regular SEO reports and recommend data-driven strategies to improve organic performance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related role.
• Practical knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
• Experience with keyword research, competitor analysis, backlink building, and content optimization.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
• Basic understanding of technical SEO, website structure, indexing, crawling, and mobile optimization.
• Familiarity with website platforms such as WordPress or Shopify is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good written English and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn, test strategies, and continuously improve SEO performance.

• Personal computer or laptop with at least an Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 equivalent processor.
• Minimum 8 GB RAM.
• Primary internet connection of at least 25 Mbps.
• Backup internet connection of at least 15 Mbps.
