As a searcher at SMEVentures, you will embark on the journey to identify, acquire, and subsequently operate a high-potential business as its CEO. As of November '23, two-thirds of search fund acquisitions in Australia have been completed by SMEVentures-backed searchers. With the support of our experienced team, tech-powered sourcing engine, and vast network, SMEVentures searchers are empowered to succeed as future CEOs. And yes, you will work your tail off.
