We have opportunities for Seasonal Recruiting Coordinators to join our high volume recruiting team.

What You Will Do

• Manage recruiter calendars and schedule candidate interviews efficiently.
• Communicate with candidates via email and phone to confirm interviews and provide instructions.
• Track candidate progress in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
• Prepare candidate packets and interview documentation for recruiters.
• Act as the first point of contact for candidate inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
• Assist recruiters with administrative tasks to help maintain high-volume workflow.

Who You Are

• Prior experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or a similar administrative role preferred.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines accurately.

• Strong communicator with excellent customer service and candidate-facing skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.

• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in scheduling tools, Outlook/Teams, and applicant tracking systems (ATS); quick to learn new systems.

• Proactive problem-solver who enjoys supporting a team and improving processes.

• Reliable internet connection and computer with camera/microphone.

• Legally authorized to work and reside in the United States.
