Security GRC manager

Hi! We are Coins.ph - an Asia fintech company. Our main product is a mobile wallet that helps people in Asia pay and transfer money without doubts. We built one of the largest cash distribution networks in the Philippines, operating through over 33,000 partner locations domestically and over 500,000 locations worldwide. Plus, Coins.ph is regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and is the first ever blockchain-based company in Asia to hold both Virtual Currency and Electronic Money Issuer licenses from a central bank. Now we are looking for Security analyst. Our Security team mostly works remotely, but our HQ is located in Manila, Philippines. We have a geo-dispersed team of engineers who work in Europe and Asia with flexible working schedule. WHAT YOU WILL DO Manages the Information Security high-level documentation Prepares the Management Review agenda items and formalizes the Management Meeting results Oversees the information security and IT risk management efforts, organizes risk reviews Coordinates the regulatory reporting process and the regular internal audits like access control audit Organizes the Vendor Management security review process Assists management efforts to ensure the audit scope is defined and substantiated by appropriate evidence Assists management with analyzing the prior year’s audit for lessons learned value Assists with the tracking of, scheduling, and execution of multiple compliance-related assessments across business units Perform business and technical analysis to identify and document appropriate compliance controls on new projects Maintain metrics showing the status of assessments and audits. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Working experience within the IT Cloud Compliance / Security at least 3 years Good understanding of general computer controls, ability to analyze data and interpret results Excellent planning and organizational skills with an ability to meet tight deadlines Effective team player who can build good working relationships with colleagues and external parties Security qualifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA preferred Working knowledge of ISO 27001, Philippines BSP and other regulations Ability to operate within a multicultural, multi-time-zone environment High ethical standards, operate with integrity and professionalism.
