Build a recruitment desk from South Africa with a London-based agency serving clients in the UK and internationally.

At Liberty Towers, we’re looking for an experienced 360 recruiter who can win business, build trusted client relationships and deliver placements. You’ll own the process from the first client conversation to the accepted offer, with the freedom to develop opportunities across commercial functions and industries.

Our focus is commercial recruitment: roles such as sales, marketing, finance, HR, operations and professional services. We do not recruit for education, teaching, construction, factory or warehouse roles.

What you’ll do

• Find and win new clients while growing existing accounts.
• Take briefs, advise on hiring needs and manage searches through to placement.
• Source and engage candidates through outreach, referrals, research and your network.
• Keep clients and candidates informed with clear communication and honest advice.
• Build a desk with repeat business and lasting relationships.

What you’ll bring

• A strong track record in 360 recruitment, including business development and successful placements.
• Confidence approaching prospective clients and negotiating terms.
• Experience recruiting commercial or professional roles.
• The organisation and self-direction to manage your desk remotely.
• A commitment to delivering a good experience for clients and candidates.
