About Minto:

Minto is a creative agency with Japanese roots, operating across Japan, China, Thailand, and

Vietnam since 2011. We provide Creative, Digital Marketing, Events & Activation, and Character

Marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:

● Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing the full project lifecycle from

briefing, quotation, and planning through to delivery and sign-off.

● Manage project scopes across Digital & Social (content, social media, paid media,

campaigns, etc.), working closely with internal teams (Creative, Digital, Media,

Production) to ensure timely, high-quality execution.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with major clients, handling challenging

situations and feedback with professionalism and tact.

● Track timelines and budgets, ensuring projects stay on scope and on schedule.

● Prepare and present reports, proposals, and pitches to clients.

Requirements:

● Minimum 3 years of experience in an Account role at a Creative Agency/IMC Agency.

● Hands-on experience managing Digital & Social project scopes.

● Proven track record managing large, demanding clients; able to work well under pressure

and handle difficult client situations.

● Strong multitasking skills and a detail-oriented mindset.

● Fluent in English (spoken and written).

● Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Benefits:

● Salary: Up to 20,000,000 VND

● Working mode: Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days remote)

● Location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City

● Full Social Insurance (SI) and Health Insurance (HI) as per regulations

● 13th-month salary
